Guests may enjoy rooms and suites overlooking the course, which also deliver in space and comfort. A complimentary breakfast buffet and free drinks at happy hour in the hotel lounge are additional amenities available, not to mention an outdoor pool. The hotel is within 6 miles of hiking trails at Camelback Mountain and is conveniently located near a large outdoor shopping mall as well as minutes from Scottsdale Airport and 60 different restaurants. Stone creek golf course
The couse in general is fun. What's not fun is I've played there three times and all three times there's been something wrong. First time I played there the range was closed and they failed to give a refund so your forced to play even without range or warm up time. Second time I played there they bumped my start back 40 minutes because one of the regulars there didn't want to have a fourth player in his group of three. This isn't a country club or private course it's public! The third time I got yelled at by a course manager for slow play when they started us 20 minutes late. So basically start us late then force pace! This was absolutely ridiculous! I never play this course again completely poorly managed.

Not worth the money
I was disappointed with the maintenance of the greens. Bare or brown spots because of over cutting of the greens. No cart monitor, I had to load up unused golf app to have any sense of the distance. And then, it was only to the center of the green and in some cases, it was a good 10 to 15 yards closer or further than the center. Note, I left my range finder at home but for this price, I expected to have an on cart system.

Not well kept up
A decent track, but lots of dirt and bunkers not well raked. Practice balls all over the course. Would not play there again for the $100 it cost on special.

Nice course terrible pace to play
Tee off at 1:30 in the afternoon didn’t get past the Fourth hole until 2:45

Fine course
Not a bad course, however my group was disappointed that we couldn’t book a 9 hole round only option was for 18 holes. So we paid full price and was only able to squeeze in 11 holes on the way to the airport…

Don’t Bother
I have never reviewed a course before, but this experience was so horrific that I felt a moral responsibility to.
We had an 8:30 tee time. We left the course after 16 holes at 1:15. Five hours and 15 minutes and couldn’t even complete the round. A marshal came to address the pace once, on hole 15. If your idea of fun is sitting and waiting 20 minutes per shot, this is the spot for you. If not, look elsewhere.
If that was not bad enough, it also feels like a public park. There are random people sitting around the course plucking golf balls off the course, and bikers everywhere you look. Tried to tee off on one hole and had 4 kids on motorized bikes fly by and ride down the fairway. The amount of barking dogs walking up and down the course was mind blowing and unacceptable. This is not a golf course, it’s a public green space with some holes and flags scattered around.
The staff were lovely. It is just a shame they represent such a tragic example of poor golf course management.
Plenty of other good courses in Scottsdale. Choose them before even considering playing here.

Disappointing
Very disappointed with the condition of the course. Weeds in bunkers, trash all over the course, bathroom was a mess.
Slow pace of play, which is somewhat expected, and the ranger is on our case twice (when clearly we were not the group holding up the show)
If you are paying more than $50 to play this course you are getting ripped off.
