The Wigwam Arizona
About The Wigwam Arizona
Located in the West Valley near Phoenix-Scottsdale is one of Arizona's most historic golf resorts, Wigwam. Set on 440 acres, this village-style resort features three 18-hole golf courses, including two designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., most notably the famous Gold Course. The resort features 331 casitas and suites with large private patios and several resort pools, including a new 25-foot water slide tower. The resort-style golf courses are more parkland in nature than surrounding desert courses and feature palm trees and water hazards sprinkled throughout. There are four dining concepts, led by the signature Litchfield's Restaurant serving local farm-to-table cuisine, while there is Red's Bar & Grill for casual fare and the Wigwam Bar, which is the social epicenter of the resort. Recreation outside of the 54 holes of golf is nine lighted tennis course and two regulation bocce-ball courts, sand volleyball, bike rentals and yard games.Facts

Very nice course
The gold course is awesome i will play here again for sure.
Red wigwam
Another great day at The Wigwam. We really like all three courses but the red is my favorite.
Nice Golf Course
Enjoyed the golf course! Plenty challenging enough for a mid handicapper and great value. The greens were in good shape, as were the fairways. Bunkers were also in good shape which surprised me. I’ve only played the Blue course, and loved it. The Red course was quite fun, and I’ll be back again for sure. Thanks!
Great for money
For the money and what conditions were, you can't beat it anywhere in town. Staff was friendly, pace of play was OK but somewhat moving but the greens are hard and fast and fairways for this time of year are in very good shape. If I'm ever in that area again, I will go
Pathetic
The slowest pace of play I’ve ever seen. I am 27 years old and have played the game for 20 years. It was embarrassing to play such a poorly managed 6 hour round. This course is better than the staff allows it to be. Get better
Pathetic
5 hour round for a 3 some, 2 or 3 groups backed up on every tee box. Absolute joke
Great time
Awesome course great staff. The ranger needs to move people along faster but after 12 noon didn't see him anymore. I'll be back
Course conditions
I like playing the gold course because of its layout. The course has been in much better condition than yesterday. The rough was especially in poor condition.
Great summer value!
Well kept W Valley secret..until now! Get out and enjoy
18th hole layout
Need to seriously think about opening up the area around the landing area of the drive to make the fairway a little more accessible for second shot. This hole can be a nightmare for most golfers. Not the hole most would want to remember specially being the 18th.
A Must Play
Every time I play a round of gof at Wigwam I leaving wanting to come back. I'm never disappointed.
The staff are always friendly and efficient.
As a single player this time I was teamed up with three members of Wigwam. They were delightful and really made my round enjoyable. It couldn't have been better.
Long but Fair
Was beautiful and long open fairways with reasonable water.
