Wigwam Resort - Blue Course

Small crowned greens with many ball marks. We followed a girls tournament. Otherwise course was very nice condition.

The Wigwam courses are always well kept all year round, it's hard to beat playing these courses anytime. Pace of play can sometimes be a bit slow but to be expected at a resort style course. I never hesitate to book playing here every so often when we can. Thanks!

I really enjoyed playing the blue course at Wigwam. everything was great, fairways and greens were pristine, tees and bunkers were well maintained.

staff and the cart assistants were pleasant.

if you were off the fairway, you can hit off of green grass. most of the courses in that condition cost much more than the $130 I payed.

for that price, i'll play Wigwam every time I return to Arizona.

Not a bad course. Standard resort course you’d get anywhere.

On the positive, the course was well maintained (nice fairways, greens, and tee boxes). However, the course layout was ridiculous. The greens and tee boxes were unbelievably close together and in some cases there were tee boxes behind a green. There were balls flying everywhere from different holes where they often landed within 10 yards of where you’re standing. In addition, the pace of play was rough with waiting on every hole and in some cases 3 groups backed up on a tee box because layout was so bad. Really need to fix this situation; I’ve played a lot of courses and this was crazy for the $$ paid and considered leaving after a few holes of play.

The course was in immaculate condition and we had a great time. I took my son here for his 15th birthday, as the Wigwam is where he wanted to play.

The only negative part of our round is the fact that the pin placements were brutal. The greens appeared ro have recently been punched with tiny holes, but that didn't affect the greens, as they were very fast.

The course conditions were fantastic. The price was reasonable at a time when everyone else jacked theirs way up. Ty.

They just got done hosting an event on the Gold Course, only 12-14 spots set up on the Practice Area(range) for 2 courses no grass left. Carts are filthy, bunkers don’t have enough sand in them in the middle, lots of construction.. Tee Boxes were rough.. Greens were pretty sweet, fast but receptive to incoming shots, other than one older ranger (Mike) all the staff were great, from check in, to starter, to “halfway house” in front of the Proshop, Bev cart girl, post round outside services staff… not enough to make up for the prices tho.. $40 golf hat, $147 play fee, included cart and range balls

I walked the course and from tee to green it was in very good condition. They do a very good job with all three courses. Greens were a little tricky, stay below the holes on the course if you can. Fairways and ruff have some land mine from the birds but other wise excellent shape.

I would recommend this course.

The price before Christmas was $62.00. now it's. $ 115.00 . Too bad nice course .

Played on Veterans Day … cart path only not really good mowed fairway In my opinion.. greens were really slow and have been punched a while ago but you could definitely tell . Wait a week or two
