Had a phenomenal day but an unforgiving round. Course was in great shape and played like nothing else. Be prepared for an errant shot and an awful recovery shot. Still one of the best times I have had playing a round.

This course is extremely challenging with fast, extremely undulating greens, and lots of false fronts. We had a great time playing the course.

Had a 3pm T time , so only got in 15 holes. But what a nice course. Great conditions, wide fairways, and beautiful views of the mountains. I’d play it again in a heartbeat.

Got an outstanding deal to play this course just 8 days after the American Express tournament was played! Wow, what an experience!! Great conditions, friendly staff. A must for anyone coming to this area to play golf.

Great course with great views. Front 9 all mountains. Back 9 last 5 holes were just amazing!

The Nicklaus stadium course is a second shot course. The landing zones off the tee are very friendly. The rough was way down when we played. With that said, the approach shots to the penal green complexes are crucial. The greens are all raised and fall off to deep bunkers or deep chipping areas. The bunkers have very soft sand which was challenging for me.

Course was in fabulous condition. Staff was extremely friendly. Weather was great! A must play when out in the desert.

Way over priced for the quality of the course. Other courses in the area is better both price wise and course condition/layout.

Too overpriced and the pace of play was ridiculously slow. When you pay $365 you expect a lot better. Played here 8 years ago and didn’t have that problem. Food was mid but service by the food and beverage team as well at the pro shop was outstanding. That’s the one positive thing. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

This golf course is a great layout with a few small exceptions with regard to where they choose to put homes. Some holes have the homes directly at the end of a short dogleg leading to the potential of hitting a house.

The other issue is the extremely poor quality of the tee boxes. From the white tees, every single tee box was crowned, full of divots and narrow. For a course with such a high green fee I would expect that the tee boxes would be leveled on an annual basis. We ended up playing the black tees as they were is significantly better shape.

It was a nice day of play at PGA West - Nickalaus Tournament course. Our only real complaint was slow play. We waited on every hole an almost every shot. The gentleman we were playing with called the course to complain and they sent a ranger who did nothing. Slow play made it seem like a really long day.
