Read on to see the reviews on the conditions. They are pretty consistent on how nice and playable the course is. The waste bunkers are pretty cool, but will kill your clubs. They are hard as concrete with rocks. No bunkers around the greens. The greens are rolled for a good pace and roll true. A lot of undulation and false fronts. I’m a single digit handicap and cannot post the score with their rating and slope. It is so far off of how the course plays. It needs to be adjusted to a more difficult rating and slope. Staff is all friendly and knowledgeable. Once the hotels are complete, I feel it will be priced too high to play.

Pace

Of play was outstanding. Never waited for a shot the whole round and no one behinds us for a whole hole. 4 hour round on a challenging track was great

Got on through a hot deal so wasn’t too too pricey for in upscale course but come Jan in season this will be out of my price range

Great course conditions and good layout, but a few really bad holes (hole 4) . Some very narrow holes with no landing area and very penal for otherwise good shots. If you go off the fairway, palmetto bushes are unplayable. Interesting layout, but on a few holes good shots are punished because of hole designs

Big changes from Raptor Bay. Course layout on back 9 very nice and scenic. Pace of play is great. Little pricey, only a warm up net area bjt adequate for what you need

Played a few years ago when it was raptor bay and wow they did an amazing job with the course. New layout and it’s amazing. Greens were hard and fast. Fairways and tees were A+. I played from the back tees and boy it plays tough from 7100. Absolutely worth the money. Will be back

Wide fairways with little real trouble.

Beautiful scenery along fairways and greens. Starter was especially helpful.

This course is only a year old. Used to be Raptor Bay. However the fairways and greens ran true. It is an upscale atmosphere with upscale living going in near by. There are some visually challenging tee shots and we played the black/blue which had plenty of length. The wind made some holes very tough. Not for the beginner. Staff across the board were all friendly and attentive. Best part we started and 1 and finished at 4 . Didn’t.get paired with anyone nor was it just. Maybe people just have heard of it yet. Got the realtime and a great value. Golf carts are the comfiest I’ve ever sat it. You’ll enjoy yourself here.
