JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort

This course just jumped to #1 in my favorite courses. Great layout, great shape, great clubhouse, great pro shop, great location. Everything about this place is just perfect. I came in an hour early for my tee time, checked in and went straight to the first tee. It was cart paths only because of hard rain from the previous day, but I actually liked it coz it slowed me down a lil bit. I wanted to take some pictures and it seemed like everywhere you are in the golf course is picture worthy, it was absolutely gorgeous. Not only is the golf course amazing but the staff also are super nice especially Mike at the pro shop, by far the nicest golf staff I've met. He made me feel so welcome and that was prior to knowing that I drove 2hrs to play this course. Overall, it was really a great experience. Well worth the trip. Definitely a MUST PLAY golf course wether you're a local or from out of town.

Despite heavy summer rains fairways and greens were firm and fast. Some casual water was evident on a few fairways and along the edges of some fairways in low spots. The cold, wet towels provided were in addition to the dry towels that were also provided.

Do not drive to Marco Island as this course is one of two located in Fiddlers Creek, a gated community about 5 miles east of the Marco Island bridge.

First class course and facilities. But members demanding not to be paired with a single, making the total experience not very good. Even though the staff made all efforts, you do not feel welcome.

This will kill the game.....

Wow. This was a real diamond in the rough. Well worth the drive. Staff was crazy good from beginning to end. I felt like a rock star here. Great range and practice area. Thanks for the complimentary balls. The ice cold towels at the start of the round and the turn was a nice touch. Also the scent of strawberry-kiwi in the towels showed great dedication to the details. Lots of drinking water and ice machines throughout the course. Course was in perfect condition through and through. Could not ask for anything more. Not an overly difficult course. Fun to play. Really enjoyed my round. Surprised they are not getting more play. Lots of birds from the preserve. Just a wonderful experience. I went back a few days later because I had such a great experience.

Played for first time and was blown away by the friendly and professional service, complimentary bottled water ans cold towels. Course was not busy as it is summer and mid week bit course was beautiful and expertly manicured. Will be back.

The great experience starts from the time your bag is dropped to the 19th hole. The starter paired up the singles as soon as I arrived at the practice range. The range is in excellent condition. The very large practice green even had putting aids to use. The fairways and greens are in near perfect condition and the sand traps are well maintained. Golf Now makes this course a great value.

Tough course. Straight is best. Length did not win.
Punched greens but not too bad. Firm, this thine of season.

What a great course.Has some challenging holes, but also smooth transition holes. Love the course!

En av dom finaste banorna jag spelat i florida ( 101 st ) allt var i perfekt skick har försökt spela denna förut men alldrig kommit ut tack Golfnow för att vi hittade tider genom er .

Very nice practice facility.
Fairways are in excellent condition.
Greens run true but are very firm.
Excellent staff.
Lunch menu was very good.
I enjoyed my round, challenging but enough tee locations for every skill level.

The course was in amazing shape. It was a difficult course if you didn't keep your shots straight. Very light rough so the hazards are easy to find your ball rolling into the water. Overall the course is worth the money.

Terrific course. There is lots of water but the holes are fair with multiple tees to choose from. We played on a hot day but there was lots of water available for us. The greens were very fast and were in great shape but still concrete hard. Lots of wildlife around and a beautiful setting. Best gps in cart that I have encountered thus far. Don't miss out on playing this course.

Lush fairways , smooth greens , best course I've ever played . Sorry TPC Traviso Bay ..... The Rookery at Marco is a 10.

I wanted to play this course for the last couple years visiting SWF. Glad I´ve finaly done it.
Execptional good course condition. Even after thunderstrom the day before.

Played here a few weeks ago and the greens were recovering, so went back yesterday to try again and the greens were still poor. Inconsistent speeds and harder than concrete. Besides this the layout is average, no memorable holes. The sister course at Hammock Bay is in a different league in all categories, shame its closed for summer.

A fair challenge with outstanding course conditions. Felt lucky to get a tee time through GolfNow. Heard it was a nice course and it lived up to it's hype. Hope to get an opportunity to play this one again.

played here many times w/ husband/wife members from my neighborhood over the last 2 years, this was a tee time from golf now and I jumped on it for the cost, great course, great staff, Charles in pro shop in particular, great condition, lots of beautiful aquatic birds and views, lovely place, highly recommend it.

Played the member tees....water ,bunkers all come into play ! 17 and 18 great finishing holes especially if money is involved!!!

We've played here before & love this course. Can't believe you won't accept this cause it's TOOSHORT
