Great layout and course, but greens slower than usual

Great track, was surprised they had a Sr rate (55+) that knocked it down to about $70…they threw in free range balls as there was a delay due to a College tourney that was running late-not a big deal maybe 30 minutes, that didnt hurt us, but storms came through as we finished. I will def come back to play it again now that I have seen the layout.

Golf course is in great shape. Everything is first class

My wife and I were surprised on arrival to find that there was no-one booked on the course for an hour before or after us so we had the course to ourselves and went round in three hours. The course was ok but not worth the price, it wasn’t that special. Worst point was that we were told there was a drinks cart on the course but it never appeared and we really could have done with some refreshments during the back nine - we would have bought some to take out if they hadn’t said there was a drinks cart. The clubhouse reminded us of the film “The Shining” - it was dark, old fashioned, dull and weird. I expected a couple of girls to come in shouting “Redrum” like in the film. There was no draft beer available in the bar either, which was a disappointment after a round with no drinks cart! The price of a bottle of beer and a wine was ridiculously high too. Also a Greenkeeper was rude on the course and pushed ahead of me as I was about to step into the on-course rest room. I wouldn’t visit this place again, it’s over-rated, over-priced and would only have been worth the visit if Jack Nicholson had actually walked in and re-enacted a scene from The Shining!

Uphill, uphill, uphill. Wow, very unique course for Florida, even the downhill tee shots hit an uphill fairway. extremely interesting course layout, great condition. I wouldn't want to pay 120 for a round, but with a little hot deal action you cannot be mad about this. You will not be bored by this layout.

Great layout in tremendous shape.

Worth the drive and price.

The course is one of the best in the area but compared to its sister course El Campeon it’s meh. The layout and fairways are top notch. The greens however look like your local $15 course though.

Had a very good day first time playing this course.

Only played 2 holes. Had an emergency and had to leave.
