Orange County National Golf Center and Lodge

Very interesting course layout. Tough greens geared by several layers of sand trap and grass bunkers. Fun to play each hole. Requires careful ball layups to score. Fairway is well kept but undulating. No easy lies anywhere.

Throughly enjoyed the round here. Will definitely come back to play here.

Greens , bunkers and fairways were terrific. NCAA d2 tournament is scheduled to tee off today. The rough was a bit spotty in some areas and it was possible to draw a bare/dirt lie. But as the idea is to avoid the rough and hit fairways / greens. OCN is a great place to play, and Orange County residents can’t beat the price.

Great course perfect conductions. Only 2 par 4s the rest of the holes make this a great course to work on irons, wedges and putting.

This is a nice course but for the money we spent there a lot better courses in Orlando

Played the Crooked Cat. The course layout is challenging as the fairways are undulating and both grass and sand traps at key positions. The greens are well guarded by sand traps and grass bunkers all around. Exciting and challenging layout as compared to most resort golf courses in Orlando. Both fairway and greens are well maintained. Only issue was that on the back nine there was a group event earlier and the golfers a few flights Ahearn of us were very slow. Could see them wondering around the rough on every hole. Since they were in a group event the course marshal couldn't push them faster and ended up about 15mins slow play. I would love to come back and also play the panther course.

Found a hot deal for like $40-$45 bucks which you can’t beat for this place. The greens just had a little work, so they were a little grown out. The chipping area was also closed. There was a college tournament coming up so totally understandable. Everything else was awesome! Staff was super cool, rest of course was amazing. Especially for the price in Orlando, that course, gps carts hard to beat. Staff even had to retreat driver head that broke off my friends shaft on the range haha! And baby gator on one of the tee boxes! I took a mulligan.

I only played nine holes because that took two hours and 52 minutes. At that rate of time we would’ve finished half an hour after sunset. No Rangers to speed play. They would not give me any financial consideration, even for future play, because I booked with golf now. A waste of my money.

Had an excellent time. Fairways are pristine. The bad reviews of the greens are overstated. Any “burned out” areas were minimal and still rolled true. Paid $70 for the hot deal. Well worth the money.

Place is in great shape. Greens have recovered from maintenance. Rolled nice and were fairly quick. Fairways and even the rough was in good shape. Cart girl was super nice and made it around to us at least 3 times. Florida resident rate at $71 was well worth it. GPS was accurate. We had a great time . I’ve played panther 5 times and today was my best here (77)

The course was in excellent condition, it rained some but we were able to complete the course. The front nine was pretty easy, but the we ran into the back nine and I blew up a few of the holes. Enjoyed the play and would definitely play again soon, especially with a hot deal.

Played Crook Cat and just looked around at its beauty. The fairways and greens were perfect, i think i finally played from the correct tees (White) shot a 74. 2 weeks earlier played Green tees and shot 96. To say this is my favorite course would be an understatement. If you get an opportunity do your self a favor and play both 18's.
