Ponte Vedra Inn & Club
About Ponte Vedra Inn & Club
Somewhat overshadowed by Sawgrass, this classic inn and resort predates it by several decades. Two charming golf courses have benefited from the design expertise of local resident and experienced architect Bobby Weed, and the new Lodge recently increased the resort's accommodations complement by several dozen rooms. Ponte Vedra Inn & Club should be near the top of the list for visitors seeking a sense of Old Florida.Facts

Great course a quiet, hidden gem
Quite a surprise , great course. In good condition and challenging. New golf carts with GPS. Practice range. Nice restaurant.
This course is awful
This is hands downs the worst course I have ever played. The tee boxes & greens were in the worst condition I have ever seen. Do not play this course right now. I will be taking further action to get my 60$ back.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY
Booked as Hot Deal on Golf Now for $50 versus regular rate of $70. Thought this might be a deal but nope!!
Tee boxes in terrible condition, many bare spots all over the course. Had the look and feel of a $20 muni, cattle field. Definitely not going back!
Good place
Nice staff and the golf course is in pretty good shape
Good value
Enjoyed playing this course. Staff were great and course was very good.
EXCELLENT
This was my first time at this golf course, everything was excellent: the course, the weather, the staff. 100% recommended
Very slow play
Have played here several times but there was a 5 some of ladies holding up at least 7 or more groups. No ranger and a call to the pro shop did not help. Also no water on the course on a very hot day.
Good course
Good layout and pace of play. Grass is a bit too short in some areas but overall a good round.
Needed water
The course was a nice layout but could use some water,it was pretty dry .
The Club at River Wilderness
This was our third round at The Club at River Wilderness of our Winter season. The ProShop staff are always very welcoming and friendly. We enjoy this layout as it provides interesting holes with water that meanders throughout and into play on many of the 18 holes. This is not a course for beginner golfers! It is a decent test of golf skills, and plays far more difficult when the usual winds are up. This time it was a very hot day with no wind. There has been no rain since mid January so the fairways were dry and crispy. The greens run fast and true however, the bunkers are really in need of new sand. Unfortunately, we were a twosome behind a bunch of foursomes, who thought they were on the PGA Tour and so it was a hot long 4 hr 40 min round.
