The course is in excellent condition. Greens were fast but fair and fairways were well maintained. Tee box’s were level and grass covered. The bathrooms on the course were as nice as my house. Hole 2 and 16 are challenging tee shots. I plan to replay River Wilderness soon.

We so enjoyed our round! First of all, staff is fabulous and so professional. From front desk who offered great information and was so welcoming, to starter who was so helpful and gracious- seriously, best start to a round. Both men were so very accommodating (wish I’d caught their names). Very efficient and organized and very professional. We were impressed.

Only problem was pace got a bit slow - or so we thought. We actually completed our round in 3.5 hours!

It’s a really nice course, surrounded by beautiful homes and lots of trees with Spanish moss. Picturesque. Back nine was especially fun. Interesting and challenging holes and greens.

We will most definitely play this again. Highly recommended.

Had a great time on the golf course today. There was nothing wrong with the over all pace of play. However it was a little start and stop. 7 times my Apple Watch asked me if I had finished exercising,

I try to play this course at least once a month if rates drop to make it affordable! Love the layout and friendly atmosphere! It’s great to warm up with hitting range balls beforehand and practice putting before actual tee time.

Winter conditions and the greens are excellent. Fast. Tee to green turf is great. Nice driving range and putting green. Staff were courteous.

this is a great course it has a few tight holes but mostly very playable very good condition

We found the layout very interesting and challenging. It was more challenging with the windy conditions. Water comes into play on many holes, hence it is important to know the hole layout and how best to play within your skills. The greens are in excellent condition, running very quick and true. It is critical to keep the ball below the hole, even if it means coming up a bit short of the green surface. It is an easier up and down. Look forward to playing it again on a HotDeal.
