Beautiful course. Greens were in pretty good shape.

Greens, in fairness recently sanded, are very poor. They were poor in the spring when I played it and at that time had not been sanded or aerified. Condition of bunkers is terrible. Fairways & roughs are OK. I’ve played here a couple of times a year for about 20 years, and this is the worst condition I’ve played it in, especially for late summer. Going elsewhere from now on.

The staff was courteous. The course was in pretty good shape but the greens were not the best. Overall it was a good outing.

Yeah the greens were hairy after being punched but always a great place to play.

Disclaimer...I play over 100 rounds a year, and I've played all of the US. So my opinion is based on a wide array of courses.

Raven's layout is solid! Loved the mix of holes and the use of the bayous and lakes to shape the course. We had played their Links course 2 days prior, and this was definitely the better track.

They had aerated about 2 weeks prior, but the greens had recovered nicely. Sand in the bunkers was very loose and deep (almost exactly like the local beach sane), but otherwise no big issues with conditions. Tee boxes could use some attention, but that is typical of a high traffic resort course.

Multiple tee box options give every handicap a challenge, so anyone can enjoy this course.

The discounted price (because it was in the 2 week aeration window) was about right. Not sure I'd want to pay the normal rate over other options in that price point. So the price is a little on the high side IMHO.

Beautiful layout. Greens were in great shape even though they looked to have been aerated recently. Not convinced it’s completely worth the price in its current condition, could definitely use some tlc but still a beautiful and challenging tract.

Bunkers not raked a little brown on fairways greens and tee boxes good shape would play it again though

People were wonderful, the course has looked better. Greens were very rough. Overall though it’s a pretty layout and fun to play.

Bare bones check-in, no club amenities to speak of and poor signage on the course guiding you hole-to-hole was frustrating a few times. But the greens were somewhat maintained and the water views on certain holes were beautiful. The course itself looked a bit tired.

Nice layout. Front side went well. However the back side was a different story. Ran into a fivesome on 10. No offer for our twosome to play through. Very frustrating and surprising for a resort course. No ranger in sight. Also, several holes on the back on the other side of the highway not up to the standards of the front side. Overall, a good experience and would recommend. Staff was friendly.

We’ve played this course numerous times and always enjoy the course, the views and pace of play! Greens in great shape and very well maintained!

The greens are in very poor condition. This is what pulled down my rating. The rest of the course is excellent. The course is overpriced even at Hot Deal level with greens in such poor shape. I hope they are able to recover as we like playing there, but we have no plans of returning until rectified.

Played with a member who was very helpful and friendly. It was extremely hot, however cool beverages were available and that was a tremendous help.

Overall good course. Players seem to have never heard about letting a group play through.

I would play after 1:00 to miss slow play especially on the back nine.
