About
The Links Course at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is the ultimate in risk-reward golf. The architect, Tom Jackson, routed five holes along the bay and then wound the course inland across rolling undulations. In order to prevail against the blustery Gulf Coast winds, accuracy and proper club selection are essential, making it a true shot-maker's golf course. In addition to being right along the shores of the Choctawhatchee Bay, the Baytowne Marina serves as a backdrop to the course, providing even more stunning views of the Emerald Coast. Of the four championship golf courses that Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort offers, the Links is one of the original two and also one of the most popular. The layout offers a unique links experience that all skill levels can enjoy, especially since it features four different sets of tees.

Bad snack bar and bar chart
Went to the snack bar and waited 20” and no one ever showed up the wait on my foursome nor the 20 other people looking for service. We saw the bar cart once in 18 holes.

Love this Course
Grat course along the Bay. Lots of water and sand. the fairways and greens were in great shape. Highly recommend this course, but the driving range is short and only allows irons. Wish they would add a cafe or grill.

Great Value
One of my favourite courses in the Destin area. Spectacular views. Great value. The course was in great condition. I suggest booking in advance because they are busy but the pace of play is very good.

A Scenic, Yet Challenging Course
The course was overall in good condition. Fertilizer was applied the day before so the conditions will improve further. The tee decks were sanded and irregular at times, but the fairways and greens were great. Green pace was slow but true. Will play again next week.
