About Trump National Doral Miami
Located nearly adjacent to Miami International Airport (MIA), this resort has seen considerable investment under the current ownership of Trump Golf, including the renovation of the Blue Monster, Golden Palm and Red Tiger golf courses by architect Gil Hanse. Great greens
All Trump courses at Doral are always in great shape. I play the silver the least, but after playing the other day I will play it again real soon. The course was in great shape with perfect greens. Only problem I had was I forgot how much water was On this course. . Bring lots of balls!!
July 4th Round
Great day at Trump Doral. Even in the brutal heat, the course was in great condition and challenging to play. Starter gave out waters to each player. Drink cart made its way several times through our group. Pace of play was spectacular even with a group in front of us that left something on every hole and came back to retrieve it. Worst part was the ridiculous speed restrictors on the golf carts. That has to stop. Other than that, top notch
Great course
Great course!
Course layout was fun and challenging. Fairways and tee box in perfect condition. Rough is long and thick so keeping it in the fairway is a big bonus. Greens rolled true and were pretty quick but To crazy. All and all it was a really fun experience
Blue Monster
The Blue Monster course , is exactly what it is titled, played it from the tips and the design and placement of water and bunkers, not to mention the length,,, makes this course extremely difficult The rough was what it is suppose to be ,, you miss the fairway... and it’s tough to get a descent shot To hold the greens. Greens where fast and firm, probably rolling a 10-11...
Overall. If you want a beautiful day of golf and one monster of a test of your game. Well. Go play the Blue Monster course. If you shot even here. You can play anywhere. Loved the challenge
Well worth it !
The course was flawless, the staff was friendly, the pro shop was insane with great pricing ! Loved the experience , will be back ! Thanks for having me !
Trump Doral golf
Terrific golf has it all Truly a treat to play there
Conditions great best around
Friendly staff
Highly recommended to go there
Blue monster And red and gold they are all worth playing
Great course
Love the course the island par 3 was very cool. Great shape and well laid out
Great course
Challenging course. Most fairways are relatively wide although they’re all surrounded by sand and plenty of water. Still gives you an opportunity to miss and not always be in trouble. Pin placement was challenging also. Greens and fairways are in great shape.
Nice!
Greens are fast!!! Challenging narrow fairways. Well kept. Loved it.
rain rain very bad wheather please check with the course club house for my credit
On June 18 ,2020 I try to play at the red tiger course only play 2 holes started raining hard could not finish playing only did 2 holes, please i will apreciate if the give me a credit to play again, thank you.
COVID
COVID has an impact that prevented us from enjoying a wonderful club house.
Tees fairways and greens are among the best I have ever played. However, the the areas just off the fairways and even around the greens are inconsistent. This was a surprise given the high stature for this course. The layout was a challenge with water hazards in play on 16 holes. It was fun to navigate the risk reword options.
Over all we had a wonderful time.
Good course in great shape!
All of the courses at Doral area always in great shape and worth playing. Some times a bit over priced, but since you can count on them being in great shape, it is worth paying a bit more.
HOWEVER, paying $ 14.00 to self park and have to carry your clubs over a mile to the cart staging area is ludicrous and ridiculous.
When the course opened after Covid, self parking was free and now that the hotel it back open, they are charging for self parking.
Great Course - perfect fairways and greens
This is a class A course. Played while rest of Resort was closed due to Covid. Had to wear a mask in the pro shop and at the starter counter. Due to Covid had to drop my clubs off at the drop off, go park my car and walk a long way back to the drop off, then had to carry my clubs down about 400-500ft to where the carts are. Staff cannot touch your clubs, so no cleaning or placing in carts. Also tee’d off early, course was cart path only which made for a lot of walking as I tended to be on the far side from the cart path. Aside from the Covid issue, it is an absolutely beautiful course and club house. Will play again.
