General Burnside Island State Park

Went up to play this course on June 13th. It was such a good track I went back back again today!!

Mind you, we are driving about an hour 15 minutes to get there.

My 3 friends love it too.

Course is in great shape and the staff is as friendly and helpful as they can be during this Covid thing.

36.50 on Golfnow is a great deal for this place! Played it twice now and have not reached a par five in two yet!!

Played this course several times now. Layout is beautiful and greens are always in great shape. Unbelievable value for the price, highly recommend.

Thanks for being open! The man in charge treated us like royalty. This VIRUS scare has some folks on edge which allowed us to have a great time on the course. Next time will have my own pull-cart. Thanks again for a wonderful day-will b back!!

Great conditions for December and very friendly folks in clubhouse, cart barn, etc. Great value and challenging layout for sure

I play here several times during the year. The staff is always terrific and the course Ian good shape. Even this late in the year, the greens were good and fairways fast. This course gives you a chance to use all the clubs in your bag. The par 3’s are always challenging with a lot of elevation change.

I am looking for god enough weather to finish the year with another round here.

Me and my son play this course about every weekend .. The staff is always amazing and friendly ... Can not say enough good things about the Ladies in the pro shop ... They have finally got new carts and were like cadillacs on the course ... The old ones were just ready to be replaced bc even for the age they were still well taken care of just some abuse from players ... Only down side to course is the bunkers that have not been repaired yet ... Some have been redone and are in great shape ... Even with that said, the course is one of the best in the area and is always my favorite to play ... We just enjoy the people most of all and with the course honoring the youth on course cards the price with a golf now tee time is really great ...

New Yamaha carts were a welcome sight. Long overdue.

Great golf course. Beautiful. Perfect fairways and greens. Multiple tee boxes make it playable and fun for beginners and experts alike. Burnside Island is one of my favorite places to play !! You can’t go wrong scheduling a round of golf at this facility.

Love this course and layout. They have really done a lot of upgrades this year. The zosua grass is always in great shape and you rarely have a bad line of fairway. They have replaced several traps and cut several trees the courses in a really good shape. The staff is always really nice and accommodating.

My biggest complaint is pace of play and groups that do not wet faster groups or individuals play through.

As always the course was in great condition. And the staff at the club house are amazing. Super nice people super nice course.

The course is always in good condition. Some bunkers could be in better conditions but over all a great course.
