Best Conditions I have ever played
Everything was perfect. This course was in the best shape of all the courses that I have ever played.
Best bang for buck in Vegas area
I truly love playing this course. It was a little burnt but expected when the temps have been 100+ for the last few weeks. Staff is overly friendly and gives you all the water you can drink on a hot day. It’s less traveled due to the distances and some idiots thinking they’re paying public course prices for TPC quality. Great layout and can be a quick round.
Great track for beginners
Fairways are in good shape. Greens are healthy but very slow and a little bumpy. For the price I paid I was over happy but I much prefer fast smooth greens.
I’ll be back
This course is great and I played my round in 2:30 despite looking for a couple balls forever in the weeds. I love this course and I’ll be back again soon
Beautiful desert course
The staff is amazing. The views are fantastic and the pace of play was perfect. This is one of my new favorite courses!!
Excellent Conditions!
Gave up on this place a few years ago due to deferred maintenance and terrible conditions. Fortunately, much as changed since my last visit!
Course is now in excellent shape. Fairways are almost perfect and greens were very nice. Other than some slow play on the last 4 holes, I really enjoyed playing PV again.
Definitely worth the 30-40 minute drive from Las Vegas or Henderson.
Much Improved
Based on the last time I played here, year and a half ago the greens were gone. Fungus had overtaken them. Neither course was in playable condition at that time yet the course was open. Played yesterday and the lakes course was in very good condition. The desert course needs some TLC.
Another Beautiful Day of Golf
Love the range and practice area at this location. The first couple of holes still need some work but the rest of the course was in great shape. Was a bit skeptical due to the issues they have been experiencing for years. Seems like they got it resolved. Will be adding Primm back to my rotation of courses. Reminder, if getting late morning tee times don't expect to be able to play a 3.5 to 4 hour round.
Needs work
Bare patches and weeds in the fairways bare patches on the greens. It’s a real shame since this is such a nice golf course. Too bad that the upkeep never seems to get better.
Golf chef
I want to thank the staff and everybody the courses in great shape and it keeps getting better. Keep up the great work.. also, the pro shop and everybody there including the Lisa out on the course everything was great please we enjoy coming there and will keep coming back
Great course!
The course is in great shape. After the difficulties they had in the last few years it is back to being a must play when in Vegas!
Golf chef
We’ve been playing Primm for a while the Lakes courses in great shape and getting better all the time I am pleased to announce that the superintendent of Golf there and all of the staff has been working their butts off to make this course a better course thank you all and keep it up
A pleasant surprise
Given the reviews that I read, I was apprehensive. Turned out that the Lakes course was in good shape, both greens and fairways. Challenging layout, but fair. Worth the trip from Vegas and the price point. Kudos.
