Fairways is fair condition. Mix of grasses lots of rye and patchy Bermuda. Sand traps in poor condition. Underpayment showing through in many traps and sand wet and heavy. Greens good. They made us pay for 5 minutes of range balls because we booked online...strange! Played the desert course the prior week and in much better shape and a lot cheaper... Much better value.

Played Lakes, quick greens and many green side bunkers. Not a lot of sand depth in bunkers, hard base. Friendly staff, good pace of play.

The Lakes course is in excellent condition and the greens are fast and challenging. Always enjoy golfing at the Lakes course when we are in town.

have played both the desert and the lakes courses but prefer the lakes the course was in excellent condition and the staff was friendly , professional helpful and courteous. The weather was perfect with little to no wind which surprised us especially for this time of year would recommend this course to any golfer but would suggest you play the tees according to your skill level as it can be very challenging on a lot of holes the farther back you play from. the group in front of us played the tips and should have played the front tees as they held the groups playing behind up

Slow play ruined the day again at this course. Poor management, they over-book the course. You wait on every shot and tee-box , takes the fun out of golf !

I haven't played this course since it opened. So, close to 17 years later, it was time. The don't give out the free range balls any longer, but the course is in good condition and plays fair. Good thing the wind wasn't up. Played the first time in howling winds. This time, very mild with temps in the 80s. Pace of play was nice, the greens weren't as fast as they looked. Need work in the bunkers, which, I assume don't have much sand because of the winds that come through here. The one thing negative that they have no control over is the solar panels that burn your retinas everytime you look up. Could have put those somewhere else, I would have hoped. Nice course on the way to Las Vegas.

Very windy when we played. Made for some creative shot making. From the back tees long holes were really long. Enjoyed the round.

This course is really spectacular. Every hole is well designed, challenging and just gorgeous! If you can keep it in the short grass you'll do fine but if you stray you'll find yourself is dangerous waste areas, gullies, rocky hills or impressively deep bunkers.The greens are well sloped and plenty fast as well. They have a spacious practice area that keeps you busy as you warm up for your round. Our group struggled(high handicappers) but totally enjoyed the experience due to the beauty of this fabulous course. I'd recommend it to anyone. We got lucky and found a deal on GolfNow so it was a real bargain as well. Well worth the 50 minute drive from Las Vegas.

Greens not totally recovered, but in decent shape. Finally found a course that considers women and their lack of distance. No forced carries off the tees. Fantastic "Hot Deal" from golf-now made this course affordable for us. Will play definitely play again. Only bad aspect was cart part only on one uphill hole. Naturally cart part was on the left and I hit up the right rough. Otherwise a great day!

Not what it was 15 years ago but great course design and value. Not a great overseed and course shows a lot of play.

Wasn't busy, well it was a Monday. Fun course and not expensive

The green fees have dropped over the years here, so this makes it a great golf course to play. Good Value and a Great layout.

It is especially convenient to play if driving from Southern California to Las Vegas since this course is about 40 miles outside Las Vegas.

This is a course that has been on my radar for some time. I booked thru Golfnow. I arrived a little early. I asked if there was a. Possibility of teeing off earlier. The response was that since I had prepaid, I was not allowed to change my time. I then watched for 20 minutes as no one teed off.
The course layout was good. But the tee boxes were not mowed, and weeds a foot high were represent around bunkers

Played here for the first time to warm up for our golf week in Las Vegas. Had a great time and enjoyed the course. Only negative was that range facilities and balls are not included with Golf Now bookings and are $10 per person extra {range balls NOT sold by the bucket). We arrived 25 minutes before our tee time, so that did not seem to be a good investment.

There are two 18 hole courses and these comments relate to the Desert Course.

Very nice condition. I play this coarse in the pm. Much more open, fun. The bunkers make you think about what club to play.

Had a t-time for Lakes first, but that one had a mini-trny, so I asked staff if I could play Desert course first. they looked and said sure- go now. played in 2.5 hrs.
Lakes played a little slower 3hrs 15 min. haha Course in great shape, staff very accommodating(picked clubs up from car) rates were unbelievable. worth the 5 hr round-trip.

I bought an online hot deal for three players and after I checked in I was informed that in order to hit practice balls it was going to $10 .00 extra for each player. The normal fees for this place is 30.00 for desert course and free practice balls. So why does this place want to honor GolfNow online fees and then treat customers differently when purchase is done online. I was very disappointed in the management at this place. The tall gentleman with grey hair is who I am referring to.,
