Crystal Springs Resort

Course is very nice. In good shape. Problem was our cart stopped working intermittently. We used the cart screen to request a replacement twice nothing. Called and explained issue. Nothing. Final after using second cart to push one a range came along and said they are out of carts. After pushing for 6 holes someone final brings a replacement cart. They need more carts.

I just wish the ads they started showing in the carts reduced the cost of the round.

Awesome layout with challenging holes. Need to play smart and can't spray the ball or it's gone. Every hole is unique. Some great views as well, especially one of the par 3s on the back. Will play again

Nobody manages the pace of play…. Too slow to finishi whithin 5.5 hours…

I started 1st tee off at 12:30pm, and… finished 9th hole at 3:30pm. After 9th hole, I waited about 10minutes more on the tee box. So disappointed about this course….. Please manage the pace of play as normal…

Not the first time I’ve played the course. It was in kind of soggy shape due to a good amount of rain recently. I’ve always enjoyed playing this course so that didn’t really bother us too much. The biggest issue was there was just way way too many people out there. It was over five hours to play the round and combined with the condition the course was in, the price was a bit high. I think they need to look into not booking as many rounds on top of each other as they appear to do and at least did yesterday. It makes it a frustrating day. It’s not a whole lot of fun having to sit and wait for every shot.

The staff was quite nice as always. They try to make your day as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.

hard course with a nice layout. Tee boxes and Greens were not in great condition for the price of a round. Slow pace of play.

We played Crystal Springs after the rain and it was cartpath only which made it longer to play the course. You have to keep it straight on this course. The fairways are narrow, and the lies are not good unless your Center. I would say this course is difficult for 17-20 handicap golfer. The greens are in great condition.It was a great day and we enjoyed it but remember to take out that 3 wood unless you hit your driver straight.

The positives, friendly staff, beautiful course challenging but not overly hard. Has a driving range, large practice green.

The negatives, mas at the driving range are worn to the point you feel that you are standing in a hole. The pace of play 4 plus hours for 14 holes(I had a medical emergency and had to leave early). I am sure it may have taken us to play 18 holes over 5 hours, that is the only blemish of the course.

If I am ever in the area again, I will try and play there again.

I love going to Crystal Springs. It is hard to believe that this resort is in New Jersey. You feel like you are in another state once you arrive.

That was a 4-1/2 hour round, would have been 5 hours had I not skipped hole 18.
