Minerals Golf Club is one of seven courses offered by Crystal Springs Resort, which includes Ballyowen -- the top rated course in New Jersey and Crystal Springs, which is ranked as one of the 50 toughest courses in the country. Minerals Golf Club manages to stand out despite being such good company. This Robert Trent Jones-designed layout has ranked in the top 12 short courses in the country and it is known locally as the best nine-hole golf course in the area. The course sits at the base of Hamburg Mountain, sprawling across lush rolling hills. The layout is both scenic and challenging with a blend of natural hazards and strategically placed bunkers coming into play. The course offers a fair challenge that is player-friendly enough for juniors and beginners, making it an ideal round for families.

Fun 9 hole SLOW WET GREENS.
Fun nine hole good layout, depending upon who’s in front of you you can play the whole course in an hour and a half to two hours. Playing in the fall early. The greens are really really wet and extremely slow. The fairways are in great shape the tea boxes are more dirt and debit than grass.
The pro shop
The guy at the pro shop was miserable and unprofessional.
It's an ok course for 9 holes
We went on Fathers day and my daughter and i really had fun. Only negative was that they must have had some event the night before and the facilities were beyond gross. Obviously some folks drank too much and the staff had not cleaned up yet.
Solid 9 Hole Course ⛳️
Great value, staff, and good pace of play for 9 holes
Conditions poor
Green aerated and sandy,
Bunkers had no sand just mud.
Pace of play terribly slow.
Needs help
The kid in the pro shop needs a course on friendliness. Usually the older gentleman is very friendly. Some cart path areas could be better, the greens would be good if they had someone go out and blow them off, as every time you putt there’s a 100 different things all over them and makes it impossible to have a straight putt because of hitting obstacles along the way. Soccer holes interfere with putting as well. I’ve golfed here many times and there’s always something that needs to change.

Great 9 hole course
As a beginner golfer this course offers a good challenge due to the hilly terrain and fairways, but includes very friendly greens. Friendliest staff I have ever encountered.
9th hole
The ninth fairway is blocked by hanging trees branches. It is only a 80 yard shot to the green. Though, you can not just hit a straight as there is a elevation difference. You need to pray you hit it through the branches and onto the green. Needs to be fixed. Bunkers are not a traditional bunker. Hard sand, never play them.
A waste
This short 9 hole will be over before you know it, especially since there are no signs at the tee boxes to tell you hole number and yardage. Tee boxes were chewed up, rough was VERY rough, and the staff was rather uptight for a course that allows footgolf. Your money will be poorly spent and you will go home unsatisfied.
