About Crystal Springs Resort
Crystal Springs Resort is a 4,000-acre playground located only an hour across the New Jersey state line from New York City. It is one of the country’s largest golf resorts with six courses - Ballyowen, Black Bear, Cascades, Crystal Springs, Minerals and Wild Turkey – and three driving ranges. The Grand Cascades Lodge houses 220 guest rooms with an inspired welcome: An outdoor putting course leading to an indoor lobby with high ceilings, wood beams and a stone fireplace. Both it and the 175-room Minerals Hotel feature their own spas and pools. Children will love the Biosphere, an indoor pool complex with an aquarium, vortex pool and caves, 140-foot waterslide and café, all in a tropical theme. Twelve restaurants are spread out among the course clubhouses and hotels, delivering a variety of menus and price points. early spring delight...
empty course played alone and was allowed to play through by two foursomes....caught up w some slow players on the back nine and decided to replay the front to keep the pace going...great day....birdied 7 from the back tee...fun time....

Played in the course. Everything went well. We faced issues with the starter and the cart No Starter and our cart stopped at hole 6 due to poor battery.
However the pro shop manager helped us and gave us golf vouchers as a compensation
The bathrooms were not open for the season so you have to control your bladder for 5 hours or use the bush.
Enjoyed the game at this excellent course.

Fun 9 hole SLOW WET GREENS.
Fun nine hole good layout, depending upon who’s in front of you you can play the whole course in an hour and a half to two hours. Playing in the fall early. The greens are really really wet and extremely slow. The fairways are in great shape the tea boxes are more dirt and debit than grass.
