About Crystal Springs Resort
Crystal Springs Resort is a 4,000-acre playground located only an hour across the New Jersey state line from New York City. It is one of the country’s largest golf resorts with six courses - Ballyowen, Black Bear, Cascades, Crystal Springs, Minerals and Wild Turkey – and three driving ranges. The Grand Cascades Lodge houses 220 guest rooms with an inspired welcome: An outdoor putting course leading to an indoor lobby with high ceilings, wood beams and a stone fireplace. Both it and the 175-room Minerals Hotel feature their own spas and pools. Children will love the Biosphere, an indoor pool complex with an aquarium, vortex pool and caves, 140-foot waterslide and café, all in a tropical theme. Twelve restaurants are spread out among the course clubhouses and hotels, delivering a variety of menus and price points. Between the Mineral Sports Club and Adventure Center, there’s always a new activity or program to enjoy.Facts

Black Bear
Good day played well and course was in good shape again , played here 7 times this year and course has been the same , pleasure to play here , thx TSW
Great track!
This was my first time playing wild Turkey on a day where we played 36 holes at Crystal Springs Resorts. The track is great. Pace of play was a little slow because there alot of beginners ping ponging the ball around but it only took us 4.5 hours when we teed off at 11:50am on a Sunday.
The course was a little wet but the green were true and the fairways were well kept. For $135 (as a public player) the value is pretty good. Will def be returning in 2021.
So far so good. Challenging course, I like challenges
Awesome course - horrible rotation
This course is probably one of the beat maintained courses in all of NJ.
Their downfall is that it took over 3 hours to play 9 holes, and we ran out of daylight.
Tee times were stacked 4 deep on any hole. Not joking.
And then when I asked if I could come back to play the other nine (or which I paid for) the guy said that they will not allow that.
So disappointed.
Ridiculous Pace of Play
Over three hours to play the front nine. Greens were hard but slow, like they haven’t been aerated this year. Some tee boxes and fairways beat up. I think due to sheer volume of play. Layout and difficulty fantastic. Beautiful surroundings and facilities. Made the 6+ hour round tolerable.
Please no foot golf.
I will never play another course that has foot golf on it. This should be disclosed, Also had an extra pin and a larger cup for children on each green. Why wasn't this also disclosed.
Pace
Tee time was 12:57 started 1:08 just fine.
but have to wait almost every holes.
Oh my god finished 6:35 play 5 and half hours.
Wouldn’t recommend
I waited 30 min for a cart that I prepaid for.
There were neighborhood girls walking around in the course randomly.
Loud motorcycles near 8th and 9th holes.
Would not go back.
