Course was good throughout. Just wet, because of so much rain.

No idea why course was open for play. They must really need the money. Fairways had snow and ice on them. Frozen pools of water in the bunkers. Tee boxes sopping wet. Had a GolfNow tee.time and couldn’t cancel. Sure wish they were more understanding.

Course was in Great conditions considering the weather, Wind was blowing at 20 to 40mph. Got there and staff was there to put clubs on cart. Only 6 people on course. Was paired up with a very nice guy. We had a very good time. Would recommend this course, always in good conditions.

Congratulations Sea Oaks. Course in very good condition for January. Rained the night before, expected slow greens. Not the case, greens were a bit quick and rolled true. Fairways were in good shape for this time of year. Great Job!!

Great course a few easy holes but most are quite a challenge. Looking forward to playing again soon

A very fair but challenging course. Lots of interesting holes; all different. The fairways were not difficult to hit, the approach shots were the tough part. Very well maintained. Not close to home but I would play it again.

Course in good shape after a torrent of rain the night before. Super soggy fairways, sand traps full of water. Greens were faster than expected. They were also tricky. Little slower pace than I like, but we got 18 in before the sun set.. Sun was shining and we didn't freeze to death, so I'd say for the end of November, it was a good round.

$49, golf, cart and lunch. And it was a good lunch too. Conditions were good throughout. The bunkers need some work though.

Very interesting and a bit challenging layout with lots of moguls

We have a foursome that plays once a week.at different courses. We play most of the rounds at Sea Oakes as it is the best. The course has been in excellent condition. The value is there.. They have a driving range and a large chipping and putting area..

The course condition was good and staffs were very nice. I enjoyed the round.

Nice course have to go back again when is a little bit more dry .I recommend.

First off, I've been to Sea Oaks a number of times and booked a round there for a roving guys' golf trip heading to AC. I was very disappointed.

When I book a round for these guys, we're looking for great golf. Most important are condition, layout, pace of play, and staff, in that order.

Conditions were terrible. They aerated recently but that was only part of it Tee boxes were uneven and unmowed. There were many bare spots in the fairways and this was not a bad weather summer for golf courses. As for staff, the starter literally stood on the tee w/ us behind us as we hit watching our tee shots on first hole and told us we'd "better get through four holes in an hour" or he'd be "coming after us". We did our part only to be stuck behind really slow groups and there was no marshal moving people along. (The starter later told us he left at 3, which was an hour after we teed off.) Rude and not acceptable.

So why might it be great for some? Most groups seemed to be carrying a case of beer with them and beer was plentifully available on the course.

Some had a boombox in their cart and played music throughout the round at volumes that could be heard from 100 yards away. I'm not exaggerating.

So if you're a golf purist I say stay away. There are some GREAT tracks down the road. If you like to drink and rock out while you play and feel welcome doing so, this is your spot.

Disappointed in conditions of greens. Bare spots on every green

Took a Hot Deal here on a beautiful Saturday afternoon after a week of rain. We were behind a bachelor party so it was slow going - 3 hour front 9 and 5:15 overall. The greens were recently aerated and the rough was high due to all of the rain, but it was still a good round, and I’ll be back !

Were very long and aerated . Wasn't mentioned when I booked it onlline. Normally very nice greens. Disappointed I didn't know ahead of time. Would of waited until greens back to normal.
