Were very long and aerated . Wasn't mentioned when I booked it onlline. Normally very nice greens. Disappointed I didn't know ahead of time. Would of waited until greens back to normal.

Awesome layout. No complaints, Make this course a must play!!!!

Overall, not a bad course if you get a good deal. The grass couldn’t use some work, they had some big patches of burnt grass and grass under repair. Greens were okay, slow rate of play. Wouldn’t go back unless the deal was great.

I've always loved the lay out of this golf course and typically it's in fantastic condition. But not this time. Fairways are burnt out on several holes, bunkers are starting to erode. We've had plenty of rain this summer so to see the place burnt out is a shame. Greens are decent although they are slower than in the past. I'm hearing that the course is being sold, so perhaps that's why maintenance is not up to same level as it used to be. For $55 that we paid it's not bad, but I would not spend much more than that.

Everyone was happy to see us on a changeable weather day. The Pro said we could get out early if we liked. Course in good condition with giant greens that rolled a bit slow, but heck, it was wet out. The layout is a mixture of shorter and longer holes allowing for different strategies to attack.

We always enjoy this course and it’s relatively close to LBI.

Nice golf course staff extremely friendly. Pace of play could be a little bit better but not outrageous. For as much pleasure as it gets it's one of the better semi-private clubs at the Jersey Shore. They don't seem to get the green head flies like a dude closer to Atlantic City

A big storm was coming in and the staff helped me get out earlier, which was much appreciated. The course was in very good condition, especially the greens.

It has always been a pleasure to play Sea Oaks.

One of the nice features of Sea Oaks is the multiple tee box locations . If only the guys in frint of had revognized that playing from the senior tees does not constitute castratiion when no one in your 4 some is ever more than 160 off the tee and even then never in the fairwAy.

HUGE greens would be better if they were faster.

Difficult to get the ball to the hole.

The course today was in good condition with obvious signs of keeping it watered and maintaining greens.

Greens rolled nicely but slower. Fairways nicely maintained and wide.

Outside staff not particularly on the ball but they take care of you.

There is a nice chipping and putting area.

I have so far enjoyed coming back to the sea oaks.

When I checked in I asked how are the course conditions? The reply I got was the course is in fantastic shape. I should have followed my round up with the question to the man in the club house what do you consider bad shape? The greens had ball makes all over and the clean areas of the green rolled horribly. Fairways have bare spots all throughout and just not very well kept. For $95 find another course. Only worth $40 in my opinion.

Sea Oaks has some real potential. Some general maintenance by the club and players would go a long way. The bunkers need some work. Footprints everywhere! I think many players don't bother raking because the sand condition is so poor. Pebbles everywhere. Divot mix on the carts put again plenty of divots in need of TLC. The greens where aerated 1 month or so ago and the greens are not yet back. The staff overall were great. Sea Oaks has a good deal of potential!!

The starter hooked us up with another 2 which was fine, good guys but then sent a threesome and a twosome right behind us who road our butts in the back nine. One of the guys we were hooked up with was a first year player so he was a bit slow.

I’m always good letting faster player play though but these guys behind us were full on jerks. We let them play though although one of them became very nasty. It’s guys like that miserable jerk that kill the game.

First the guy at the desk doesn't honor my pre-paid GolfNow TeeTime, thank God the people at GolfNow are the Best and gave me a full refund, then they give me and my wife, on a chilly, breezy day, a cart with no front wind shield. NO CONSIDERATION. The "Fairways" were chopped up with divots and cart tracks and the "Greens" had bald spots and ball marks. Over all very disappointing. Don't think I'll be playing Sea Oaks again, and I live in Little Egg Harbor.

I work at Sea Oak's competitor course in Ocean County. I play Sea Oaks at least 5-6 times a year for a change of pace. This is a great course. Always in good condition, with a great staff.

There are some funny holes though. They do make you think, and depending on the pin position, you will have to make some choices. Always fun though.

Pace of play usually isn't a problem but like all courses there are some crazy days.

I would recommend Sea Oak's to anyone who ask's.

The course was in good shape considering the time of season and past weather. Most of the high grass was cut down but will grow back. We will be back soon.
