Brunswick Plantation Resort and Golf is located in Calabash, North Carolina, on the north end of the Myrtle Beach-area Grand Strand. This 2,000-acre development features a residential community and semi-private, 27-hole golf course. Villa rentals are available for rent with studio, one- and two-bedroom units. There are multiple outdoor pools available to stay-and-play guests as well as two clubhouses. Packages are also available to other Brunswick County top courses including Ocean Ridge Plantation, Farmstead, Crow Creek Thistle and Rivers Edge. Coming back
I live in Durham. Spending a couple of nights in Myrtle Beach. Just want to get around them before getting to the resort. Never play Brunswick before but glad that I did. I had a 1252 teetime, I got to the course kind of early. The starter was really kind and accommodating and let me start a little bit early. The course was in really good condition from Tee to Green. Got to give some props to the Grounds crew for keeping the course in such a great condition for December. Played in about three hours Which allowed me to get to Myrtle Beach before dark. I will certainly come back next time I come down to Myrtle Beach.

course was in immaculate shape fromm tee to green. played Dogwood to Azalea. I would rename Dogleg Left and Bunker Hill. greens were fairly quick and rolled true. fairways were rolling nicely as well. wonderful afternoon of golf and will definitely keep on my myrtle beach rotation. kudos to maintenance staff for pristine nature of course and also for blowing any leaves off of fairways and initial rough.
Course was in good condition for the time of year. Overseed is filling in nicely. Greens rolled well. Would definitely recommend.
Enjoyable Experience
Friendly staff! Welcoming environment. Late November conditions are never ideal but this course was in wonderful condition considering the time of year, especially the greens and tee boxes. I will definitely comeback.
Great Facility
Brunswick Plantation is an excellent golf facility. Staff are extremely professional and of great assistance. They got us off on time and we played in just over 3 hours. Course conditioning is magnificent. This course is suitable for all levels of golfers. They will have a good time regardless of ability.

Great course, very enjoyable. Fsirways, greens and bunkers all in great shape.
Good...but
We set up out t time on Golf Now. Did not find out until we go to the golf course that it was CART PATH ONLY due to fairway overseeding. That is valuable information that I think Brunswick should have on golf now when it is appropriate! We were NOT happy with that surprise. We would have gone elsewhere had we known it and will now NOT go back to Brunswick because of it!
