Can't afford the 50 dollar so we braved the afternoon heat and busted out 40 bucks. The tees were fine, fairways nice but the greens were terrible. Bare spots on many and all ball marked up. Not worth but about 30 bucks. Took forever to play waiting ten minutes between every shot. Won't be back for that type of money and those crappy greens.

Greens were in good condition and held the ball well. They rolled well and were medium speed. Fairways were in good condition. Pace of play was excellent.

I played as a single, but the pace of play was very comfortable. The course conditions were very good with the exception of the greens, which were showing the effects of the summer heat and players not repairing ball marks.

While the layout is not too difficult, it is challenging primarily due to the topography.

I played the course several years ago. I remembered It was nice public course along with Jones course open to public. All four of us was impressed by course's condition of fairway and green this time.

Difficult first opening hole and rolling slope holes.

Excellent view of par 3 holes. There are some OB holes which need to pay attention. There seems have enough tee marks for all different levels.

As always Rock Barn delivered. There were a few dead spots on the greens but given the heat and rain, its understandable. The fairways are perfect.

This was my second time playing here, even though I didn’t play particularly well, I absolutely love this course and the layout. The price was reasonable and I definitely will be back

Course was in great shape, lush fairways, good tee boxes, slick greens, excellent pace of play for a single (3 hrs and played through one group), range balls provided and two cart ladies on the course....If you could have done something about the humidity, the day would have been perfect!

Booked at hot deal on GolfNow for 11:30 on a Saturday. Got to the first tee and the three other I was paired with didn’t want a fourth. I was the only single on the course and nobody would let me play through. Pace of play was horrible and wasn’t able to finish because of rain. Not a Marshall to be seen the entire day to regulate pace of play. Waste of my time and money.

I have played the Jackson course numerous times over the past few years. This was the most worst condition I have seen the course since I started playing here. Specifically the greens were in terrible shape as this was always a bright spot for this course! I hope that they can get it back to the shape I have experienced before so I can continue playing here.

My wife and I played as a two-some today, tee time was 9:36. We were not told if we were paired up with anyone, only to be at the first tee 5 minutes before tee time. After the first two holes we caught up with a group of players, not just 4 players, but a five-some. I noticed the group in front of the five-some was another five-some . At NO point were we asked to play through so we were waiting on every hole. Once we got to 17th tee it started to rain and thunder. So with that we didn't finish. We were very surprised and disappointed to find that you allowed five-somes, especially to be playing in front of a two-some tee time.

Had a great day the value great, range great, extremely friendly staff and course was amazing! Not too difficult but difficult enough and in great shape!

Nice course that doesn’t break the bank. Pace of play was pretty bad but I was told it’s not usually like that. Greens are hard and fast

Great looks, the course provides a challenge if you want it. Many over water par three's, Beautiful target golf from the forward tees if playing with a distance challenges partner. Would provide a very nice challenge from the rear tees. Has something for everyone. Well kept. Course runs through the community, to me that is usually a bad thing, seeing houses on a golf course is just wrong. On this course the houses are not as encroaching as they often do on other money first layouts

on t.v. every week. moved up from the Orlando area in Feb. 2020 , I;ve been playing in Fla. for the last 35 years and never played a nicer course. too bad the restaurant

was closed. look forward to bringing friends and family back, if they let me play here again.

Great course, beautiful scenery and layout. Staff was great. I would highly recommend it. Played on Father’s Day and it was great.

First time seeing this course Don’t be fooled by the yardages on the card. Due to the hills and routing this course plays longer than the numbers would suggest. Excellent condition with terrific greens. Just about 4 hrs to play and that was with our 3some having brief waits the last few holes. Definitely fun to play, lots of different looks and almost never a totally level lie. The overall experience was equal or better than much more expensive courses offer.
