Great condition
Course was in great condition but surprised how many ball marks on green.
Great course, very well maintained and challenging layout!
Staff was very friendly and efficient, nice range. Greens were very fast and took me a few holes to get used to. Great experience overall!
Pro shop staff was very good. My golf cart was not in great shape as the club/ball washer didn’t hold water. There was no water to wet a towel on the range or first tee. No club washers on the range either. No starter as a very slow twosome jumped in front of me on the first tee. No staff to clean clubs after the round. All in all the outside services were nonexistent and my clubs were dirty from the range and stayed that way throughout the round and went into the car dirty. Disappointing for the price of the round.
Very Impressive
It was a gorgeous day, excellent pace of play and a course in top condition. Thoroughly enjoyable!
Great play!
I loved the setting and the amazing challenge that this course can provide. Very walkable, but bring plenty of fluids to stay hydrated. Highly recommend this course!
Boring front nine
This is just an ok layout, especially for the price. The front nine is very bland, not until the back nine is any hole worth a picture. Maintenance crew will be working around you while you play. We played in spring during the rainy season and it seemed incredibly dry, this is despite other nearby courses being plenty green and wet. It seems like mgmt is restricting watering the fairways and chooses to water the greens while you play. Save your money and play one of the other great courses in the bend area.
Pronghorn
Facilities were great, Thought signage between holes should be better. Made a couple of wrong turns.
Early season round
Greens pretty slow compared to summertime; fairways pretty good shape. Beware of windy days; makes the course much more challenging. Two birdies on back nine saved my day.
Used Golf Now. Got good green fee, but paid $30 for cart.
One of the best Winter Rounds
5th time playing Pronghorn. Always a great layout and course. Winter conditions were expected. Semi lunched fairways and slow greens. Fairways were browned due to no watering. Overall, to play somewhere that is dry and in resort level conditions for under $100 it’s a great purchase. Played 18 holes in 2 hr 45 minutes using cart (cart path only) could have been quicker if I just walked. Cart GPS monitors always very helpful.
Aeration was completed way too late
For the fourth year in a row, the aeration schedule is completed too late in the fall. Healing will not complete until late April to mid May. If they are still charging full price stay away until summer.
