Nice overall experience, but delays...
Had an hour long frost delay in the morning, so an understandable late start. However, still had to wait on almost every tee box and led to a 5+ hour round. Tee boxes and greens were in great shape. Course seemed to play mostly left-to-right early in the round, and switch to right-to-left on the back, which makes it frustrating early for drawers and later for faders. First timers are caught off guard by hidden trouble. Loved the challenging par 3 finishing hole.
A Really Fun Course!!!!!!!!
I remember playing this course back in 2010, and it was as I remembered it. Also, I scored much better this time around - an 84 (I should have broke 80) this time compared to the 95 back in 2010.
The course layout was very nice, and there were more than enough tough pin placements if you fly the greens on more than half of the holes.
Thank you for making my day off even better with a nice round of golf on a very nice course with a very friendly staff. I hope to play the Conelys Resort course a couple of more times this year.
# 18 is a great finishing par 3 .
I like this course but I have no idea what the regular price is. I jump on the deals at around 20$ . There are a couple quirky holes, happens a lot here in western Pa. Yardage from tee to green are not accurate in my opinion. All around a good course with a nice bar after.
This course is always in great shape especially in the early part of the year
It is a great course no matter what time of the year it is in great shape and the greens are always in great shape.
good course for seaniors
like the course for the price not far from home. staff very nice carts in good shape
Beautiful shape.
Thw course is in great shape for this time of year. The nicest greens i have played this year. Great deal with Golf now.
Conley's course is GREAT!!!
Staff is pleasant. Course is well mantained. I will keep playing there 2-3 times per month; despite "that painful finishing signature Par 3 18th Hole!!!.. water front/left & back with bunker/trees on the right!!!"
This is the second time I've played this course this year and it is in great shape with a very friendly and helpful staff.

This course is always well maintained
Unfortunately I was a single and got behind several 4-somes who didn't offer to let me play through. That was the downside. The upside was that I used the extra time between holes to take some extra putts on the green and practice some chipping until the group behind me caught up.
Very enjoyable golf course.
Conley's is a solid golf course that provides an enjoyable round of golf. The course is in great condition with firm greens that roll true and nicely cut fairways. The bunkers could use a bit more sand in them like most WPA courses but it is a solid value for the discounted rates you can play the course for. Always an enjoyable round of golf.
Nice course but overpriced
The fairways and greens are always in good condition and it has its challenging holes but it's regular rates are overpriced. The GolfNow rates make it more worthwhile.
Conleys Resort Inn
This is one of best golf courses on RT 8. The staff are very nice and seem very happy to see you at their course. The course does have a nice layout to keep your mind in the game. The greens this time of the year was on the slow side. But for the right price I don't mind playing this course.
Great Value
Considering that the ground was snow covered a short time ago, this course was in excellent condition.
Good value. Playable conditions for December in Western PA.
With 67 degree temperatures, the course was busy even though it was December 4. The condition of the course was not bad considering the recent rains and time of year. Play moved along well. The people are friendly. Good bar food at the restaurant. Not the best public course around, but a good value at $30 for 18 holes and a cart. Not many choices in December!
This course has many optical challenges and the par 3 on the back is as challenging as you could ask for.
Our start time was 12:33 and we were off by 12:40 course was very busy but pace of play was very good. Course was in great shape and for December 1, they had cut the greens in the AM. Plenty of sand ( they had raked in the AM) water on six holes. We had a great day and was pleased at the pace of play. Great value as it was ten dollars per player than the course charges for winter rates. Hope to be able to play course again soon. But it is Pennsylvania in December so weather is all important. Conley's resort is a great value and very friendly staff.
Good value
The course was in excellent condition especially for the time of year. The sand bunkers were in great shape. In the past the front office folks weren't particularly friendly but this time the girl was so kind and appreciaive of our business.I don't remember her name but she was a youngish outgoing blond haired lady so I hope the golf resort appreciates her.
great shape for this time of the year
