The Lake Tansi Village Resort is actually home to four lakes (Tansi, Geronimo, Hiawatha and Mohawk) that provide guests and home owners an abundance of water activities. Guests stay in lakefront cabins and have access to the marina and its boat rentals, the beach, community events, the 6,701-yard public Lake Tansi course and two restaurants, the 19th hole at the golf course and the Lake Tansi Restaurant Bar and Grill.Facts

Beautiful lush green fairways, and the greens were perfect as well.

Lake Tansi
Very friendly staff. We teed off right after a tournament had started. Pace was slow at first but it did pick up. Course was in great shape as always.One of my favorite go to courses and I live about 45 Mina away.
Crabtrees
We love to travel and play different courses allover the state. This was our 1st time playing this course, me my husband and our 2 friends. The course was very wet it had rained alot but the drai he was so bad, but that was the inly thi g wrong. The clubhouse, and bothe restaurant were amazing. An amazingly kept course and want to ho plau. As the obly woman that plays in our group i enjoyed the advantages and just playing such a beautiful course
Simply great
Tansi is probably the top public course in the Upper Cumberland right now. Conditions are perfect from tee to green. Friendly folks. Play it!

Pace of play ridiculous
This is the 4 th time we played here in last couple months, every time the pace of play was ridiculously slow. We quit today after 9 holes waste of money. You can’t get into any rythem when you have to wait on every hole . We had a twosome in front of us that could not keep up with the group in front of them, the one gentleman should have hit off the tees further up as he couldn’t hit very far. The lack of ready play and golf etiquette is ruining the game for some of us. Tansi gets a lot of play but that’s not necessarily a good thing when you have to deal with people who aren’t educated on golf etiquette and don’t care about holding up play for others.
Great Experience
Was blown away by the course conditions. Fairways were excellent and the greens were fast! Best value for the money I’ve ever spent golfing in the past 40 years. Can’t wait to go back!

The course was in very good shape. The greens had been sanded but were very good.

The course was fun and divot heaven. The course was completely empty and the front desk made me pay $22 + tax by the way, so that my girlfriend could ride in the cart with me. I paid over $70 to play this course and I should have just went to heatherhurst or Stonehenge. Who charges a $22 cart rider fee? Will not be back. Thanks

The staff is very friendly, and the pro shop has everything you need. The driving range and putting green are conveniently located near the first tee box and well maintained. The course is beautiful and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the pace of play was slowed by a scramble that happened to be scheduled on the day I was there. This is a beautiful course and I would highly recommend it for new and experienced golfers.
