About Stratton Mountain Resort

Although Stratton Mountain is a ski hub of 99 trails from the summit of southern Vermont's highest peak, summer brings the fun, too. A new bike mountain bike park has joined a lineup of summer activities including golf on a 27-hole championship course, the Cliff Drysdale Tennis program on New England’s only authentic red clay courts, hiking sections of the Long and Appalachian Trails, kayak tours, Kids Adventure Kamp and a series of events and live music. The Geoffrey Cornish-designed golf course hosted six LPGA Tour events.

Course layout is very good and challenging!

I have played this course 2 to3 times a year for the past several when visiting Vt. On vacation. My wife & I played the Forest to Lake 9's and found the condition to be excellent even tho it had rained heavily the day before. We're on vacation in Vt for a month and plan to play here at least 4 to 5 more times.

I enjoyed the day

the couse plays really nice especially with the choice of 3 9 hole tracks. It is challenging with a couple of par fives on each nine.. the par threes and par fours are long and somtimes challenging.there are some very challenging holes and some easier holes for a nice mix. the greens and tee boxes are in good shape and a pleasure to use it wasn't crowded although we had kind of a rainy day for our outing.

Great Course

Condition was fabulous considering they received inches(plural) of rain the night before. Greens were great. Course was wet, but no standing puddles and the course was empty. One of the best rounds of the year.

I enjoyed Stratton very much . They have 27 holes that have their own slightly different characteristics. Good value with the Golf Now rate.

Stratton golf course is one of my personal favorites in Southern Vermont. A little expensive on a normal rate but always in good shape and a definite must play with the golf now rate. The staff in pro shop was cordial , and professional. The course was challenging but fair. Pins not set up for just single digit handicappers. Greens challenging but true.
