Could be an awesome course.
Don’t know if it’s true, I was a single hooked up with another single and he seemed to be a local. He told me the reason the course is always in rough shape is because the residents complain about sprinkler system noise. 🤔 the course layout out is awesome just needs some tender loving care.

The course is in good shape . They have made a lot of improvements since last year even adding new and to the bunkers .and fixing some of the cart paths

Bad value, poor pace of play, great layout
The layout is fun with some dog legs and pretty views however unfortunately they charge a $20 rider fee for a cart making it poor value for the below average course conditions (brown patches on greens and poorly cut fairways).

Potential for a great course
It appears that the course has seen better days. The greens and fairways were barely playable but overall, the course has the potential to be great with better maintenance. Given the price of a round with a cart, I was generally happy with my experience.
