Lakeview Golf Resort

Mountainview is $45 for 18 holes. I believe there are 7 holes where the ball can land short of the green and be unplayable because of the poor irrigation. I counted 11 holes that had sand hornets, between the number of hornets and number of burrows in the green, putting is a nightmare. There are several spots in the fairway on various holes where your second shot is on bare ground, clover, crabgrass, or more puddles. The clients don’t repair divots or seed. Staff is friendly and courteous!

This use to be a course I looked forward to playing. But unfortunately they have let the course go and it’s no longer kept up.

I Think it’s funny people are complaining about course in bad shape . Compared to other courses in or around the area it’s in pretty good shape, if people would learn to fix ball marks on the the greens and replace there divots on the tee boa and in the fairway ways it would help !!!

Cart paths were in rough shape in certain areas. A large majority of the bunkers were saturated and full of standing water. Otherwise the course was very nice. I was impressed with how well the greens were taken care of. The tee boxes were also very clean and very well-maintained.

The course has serious groundskeeping issues and the cart paths are more gnarly than a mud bog course after Fourth of July weekend smh. This course use to be our go to twice a week. Now……. We play it once a year with whimsical hope that improvements are made. Sadly for this course, it’s cooked.

Had a great round at Mountainview! There was a discrepancy with the GN app and showing cart fees paid, but this was worked out and I owed no additional money. The course was fun and challenging. Greens are ungulated and very fun to play. If I had any gripe it would be the paving of the cart path is very poor and full of pot holes. Other than that the staff were friendly and good times were to be had!

Course is in absolute horrid shape. Standing water, stagnate water laying everywhere, thatch everywhere. Tee boxes had weeds 7” tall. Shame to see the course in this shape.

Have strong kidneys; the cart paths haven't had maintenance in many years. The fairways and roughs are INfrequently mowed (poorly), the "staff" knows little to nothing about operations and can't even restock men's room paper towels or was the carts. What was once probably a good playing course is now terrible and not worth even the $38 fee.

Only was able to play 3 holes and was rained out. Could only receive a nine hole rain out pass!

The actual playing course is 10 times better than it was a couple of years ago. If they fix the cart paths it makes the course a solid 6.5.

Course is trying to make a comeback from the past. Fairways and greens were in good shape. Tee boxes fair. Greenside bunkers terrible....dirt and mud. Should be filled in if not maintained. Good value, good layout, a good day of golf.

A lot of the greens are in need of repair and the rough was very un-kept. Our group lost a few ball’s just in the first cut. Staff is friendly and helpful but there isn't a beer cart and we could have used it.
