Grand Geneva Resort & Spa
About Grand Geneva Resort & Spa
The Grand Geneva Resort & Spa is a sprawling 1,300-acre, AAA Four Diamond property, home to 355 rooms and 29 new villas. It's a four-season destination with the Mountain Top ski and snowboard facility and the 225-room Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark, an indoor-outdoor waterpark. Sandwiched between Milwaukee and Chicago, Grand Geneva invites city slickers to enjoy the laid-back lake life for a while. It started out as the Lake Geneva Playboy Club, part of Hugh Hefner’s empire. That chapter closed in 1981. Eventually, the property rebranded as a luxury golf resort in 1994 with fine dining and conference facilities for corporate clients. The Highlands and The Brute roll over hills and water hazards, creating distinct theaters for challenging and memorable golf. The WELL Spa + Salon, located in a separate fitness building, offers more than 65 treatments and services.Facts

Late October Golf
Greens and tee box were recently aereated which impact play somewhat. The maintenance was nothing out of the ordinary though. Nice layout - late season golf with lots of golfers taking advantage of the nice weather. Bag drop staff was very personal too.
Excellent Fall Golf
We had a wonderful afternoon in the Brute! Absolutely perfect!
Great course
The course had construction crews working with noisy equipment on the front side. That detracted a little from an otherwise wonderful experience. The driving range was a cramped net set up, maybe temporary due to construction. Beautiful practice green and chipping with sand. Electronics in cart are high tech. The starter was extremely friendly with helpful tips for first time players. The back nine was more challenging to play.
Great course
Very well design challenging but fair. Greens roll true. Bunkers are huge but need better sand. Still one of my favorites
Lame logo hats
Wanted some keepsake apparel, but the logos are lame. Nothing cool like LIV golf or Bad Birdie. Sales must be way down!
Amazing
Breathtaking, and a perfect amount of challenge. The starter was very engaging.
Peter G
Only downer was the driving range was torn up and a new one is not coming until sometime next year.
The Brute
Great course, challenging but not impossible.
No houses, beautiful scenery, lots of wild turkeys, including the ones I played with, LOL. Great fun!
One of the best golf courses in Wisconsin. Must play in Lake Geneva. Excellent conditions very friendly, helpful staff
