I am a little older and don’t have great flexibility to get to the 90-90-90. Will it be too disruptive to my swing to open up my front foot to be able to get to that position? Thank you

I am not getting a whoosh, it seems my hips and lower back are too tight. Are there exercises I can do to loosen up my hips and lower back?
