Clay Ballard demonstrates a powerful move that will help you compress the ball better with your irons. Try this the next time you play and start hitting your irons farther.

Clay, is it ok to bow your right writs on the take away to make sure it is in the correct position on the down swing? Or is it better to implement the bowing of the right wrist during the down swing?
Would you also strike a hybrid this way?
Awesome tip! I have been working on this new move and i can't wait to test it out.
Really good tip.Well explained about grip change and it was what I was looking for.
Clay, you are the best but your giving away the move!
I added this video to my favorites library. Thanks Clay & GolfPass
Is the drill applicable to woods and hybrids
Clay and Quentin at top speed golf are the best.
