Quick Question: I have had a continual problem this golf season with thinning, let alone topping my tee shots with my driver. I hit them great on the practice range, but start topping my shots once on the course. What should I work on to fix this once and for all?

Recently, I have been concentrating on moving my weight to the inside of my right heel (stopping sway) then moving my weight to the outside of my left heel. I have paid attention to the toe of my left foot rolling up of the ground in the follow-through.
I'm almost 70 years old and I still pick up my head on a lot of my shots. What can I do to try to eliminate that habit ?
What would cause the opposite? I hit most of my driver shots with the toe of the club.
How do I stop the cup or flipping my left wrist at impact. I’m one to two clubs short on all my shots
This is just what I needed to see. I thought I was standing up when I am hitting the ball, but actually I was putting
the weight on my toes which made it feel like I was standing up as I addressed the ball. Thanks!
