Nice one here!
Your toe line points left of the hole. Not straight line left because your feet are level but sloping left because they aren’t. This means your hips are slightly open so your natural swing line is out to in. My guess would be you’d miss most of your putts to the left without compensating with your swing path, your stance (one leg bent more than the other to square your hips) or your grip.

So, I was watching Lydia Ko on TV a couple of hours ago, and I really liked her putting technique . Then I saw your video. Her setup is EXACTLY what you described! Now I know how to get there!
And I had a chance to go out and practice today, and my putting was definitely better!
