Please show us a little more about exactly what early extension looks like during this drill.
Hi Nathalie- this was a very helpful tip. I tried this and I started hitting my driver higher and farther. Do you think this tip works only for the Driver or could it be used for other clubs (fairway metals and mid irons) as well? Thanks for your comments on this / thanks !
Good visual, and I love the drill! It works for me as I tend to at times look like I am hitting irons when swinging my driver!
For some people this is a good way to get back problems. Keeping the head behind the ball past impact is an easier way to teach it-much less likely to cause back problems. You didn't have much backwards bend in your actual swing which is good. You will avoid back problems.
