Thanks Martin,
That's the best explanation I've seen on a shot which usually scares me..... I actually have tried to leave myself 40/50 yards rather than have this shot!

on the 30 yard pitch, should we do a complete wrist break in the swing as we follow through, or try to lock it for stability?
