I love it, After breaking my foot, trying to get balance & then it seemed like I was spinning to the left🤠🤠
This makes perfect sense. My left heel stays flat, but I tried out shifting my heel inward, and I could better feel the power coming from the ground when my left knee extended. I have to try this move with a launch monitor.
