Whether you’re at home or on the range, Tony Ruggiero’s resistance-band drill helps you feel a better load into the ground and a more efficient transfer of energy into the swing. It’s a simple way to improve sequencing and create more clubhead speed without trying to swing harder.

How does this not promote early extension? I thought, perhaps in error, that the lead foot was supposed to feel the ground force pressure and the trail knee just slides to narrow the distance to the lead knee. The drill described seemingly promotes the opposite. Am I just missing the main push here (pun intentional)?
What tension band do you use- I tried it at the gym and liked it but wasn't sure of the resistance. Thank you
Great tip, Unfortunately my golf club would have a heart attack if I pulled the cart up onto the teeing area.
