You didn't really explain how the aim stick helped in this drill. I liked what I heard but want to know how the aim stick provides feedback that I have better blend. Also, would love it if you had follow up video on motion from top of swing to impact
Russ, if you don't get some arm speed, downward, you'll get the club hitting the aim stick. I want you to get some pressure moving to your lead side, stay in your spine angle and get those arms moving.
