But you didn't look away when you did it. Why?
Because it’s just a feel to increase range of motion. This is not a look off the ball drill. Just a drill for feel
Thanks Debbie!
Welcome !
Great drill and use of the band!
Cool. Thanks
I appreciate your advise but you said on the backswing let your eyes face the camera dont look at the ball but if you watch carefully your actual last swing at the ball your eyes did not look at the camera your eyes stayed focused on the ball ?
Yes this is a feel to increase your “turn” with your upper and possibly lower body if needed. When you hit the ball after doing this feel maybe you increase your range of motion by a little and that helps a lot. But you shld look at the back of the ball as an example or wherever helps you hit it in the center. Some players don’t even look at the ball at impact …
Liked the drill
Thank you
what degree wedge is BLAIR using in this video? where is the pin positioned on the green?
Hey not sure you need to ask her :)
Debbie,
Thanks for the great turn video. I've got lower back issues (L4,5,and 6). Can you address any help for better turn for those of us with similar issues?

What club are u using? Wedge, some use 9, some use 8
Debbie, I liked today's instruction. In the past, I was so concerned with having a complete turn with my driver backswing that I would(without knowing it) that I would lean to the left or have a reverse backswing. When I started concentrating on getting my left shoulder turned behind the ball, but not overturning, I started hitting the ball straighter and yet still keeping my distance, which for me is carrying the ball between 200-230. And after the rollout, the ball would end up 230-250 yards.
