It would be helpful to especially see the summary swing in slow motion.
This is a good topic. I just learned recently [from another video] that it's not a hip shift as much as it is a movement that matches your left hip to your right hip is from the windup or the backswing position? So swinging back the trail hip moves back, the idea from this other instructor was to not sway [the lead hip] toward the target, instead move the lead hip back to where the trail hip is [to begin the downswing] and let the arms fall downward etc. Blair, your opinion on that info?
