great tips thanks Aimee. Fixing a swing during a round is usually a recipe for disaster but I'll try this the next time my driver deserts me.
Excellent analysis and practical steps as usual. Thank you Aimee. I particularly like the 'stop at top' practice swing, which lets that feeling of Storing energy, relaxing to let gravity do some work in the downswing, and then smooth release..... be in balance.
Also, reminder to notice and use Both Sides!

Has been a while since I've seen a clip here that refers to the positive influence the body's trail side contributes to accuracy and power....the trail side for most golfers being the domiinate side/hand. Why not take advantage of its offering - wasn't it Ben Hogan who said he wished he had two right hands (or something like that)?
