Daily Video Tips
Aimee, I have been playing of for about 60 years and I have never seen this toe balance trick! I am heading out to try out the blade and mallet putters that I switch back and forth from. Thanks a lot!

Once again, your video tips are worthless. They pause every 3-4 seconds. When they restart, it seems to lose the paused material (both audio and video). I've tried the videos on both Google Chrome and Brave Chrome. Works the same on both. It appears that strange buffering is going on? Spare me any comments about internet connection issues. I get 200-300 meg download speed and have no trouble watching YouTube, Netflix and Prime videos with no issues.
Thank you for explaining this balance technique, I knew of it but not exactly what it all meant. Mine is a face up when balanced but not a wide mallet, really more narrow for a mallet put out by Ping, I think I paid $400 a couple years ago (?) but I hit a long put this morning and we won our Match Play!
Hi Aimee, sorry, but I think it's different with the putters than you say...
A toe balanced putter, counteracts too much opening and closing of the putter face - due to the extra weight at the putter tip.
A face balanced putter helps to stay on the straight movement of the player.
