Justin F, make sure you allow the clubhead to swing back first. Feel like you almost flick it back. DO NOT SHOVE your arm back. Swing the head back. Feel the weight of the head. Then the arm will follow.

Hey Justin! Typically I like players to feel the upper body and torso is the main mover here as you work back with a touch of wrist hinge. This is a good way to get those big muscles involved early and the little bit of wrist hinge can help keep the club out in front of you versus wrapping inside early.
