Stop Casting, Start Lagging
Many amateurs set their wrists way too early in the golf swing and it leads to casting (and a weaker golf swing). Shaun Webb and Mike Granato teach a “slack in the system” pro like backswing that holds angles longer and creates speed more efficiently.

Do you recommend the same with irons (short, middle, long)? Also, I chip more consistently when I have an intentional hinge early. Is that considered conventional or unconventional? It give me a good feel when I am chipping.
Recommend same for 3-5 & 7 woods?
Really needed that tip. Having all kinds of difficulties with my chips around the green.
Great info but my problem is when to rotate the wrist just before impact
Is this the same motion for your irons? I tend to set early on my iron swings.
You guys always give great info and examples. Thank you. So very well explained.
