Debbie, enjoyed your bunker tips but question: someone in Golfpass in another bunker tip (perhaps you ! was a female) recommended steep swing plane....that seems inconsistent with what you are recommending OR are they compatible? thanks

Debbie,
I love the video, thanks!

Question: When playing in a bunker that doesn't have soft sand (for example, wet and compacted), how does the setup and shot change?

Thanks for any advice and tips you can provide!

V/R,
Jeff

When I watched you hit the driver with your wide stance and the ball forward, it looked like more of a cut then a draw that you stated. A bit confused. Thank you for the info. I plan on using the next practice site.
I have never had any one describe what you did.

I assume "lowering the handle" means closer to the thigh or down towards the knee?

At our club we have very fine, soft, and deep sand it is very difficult to be consistant coming out of the sand. What would you recommend on how to play these shots. I think there is too much sand in the bunkers because on occasion I have gone completely under the golf ball and moved only 2 to 4 inches. I am a 5 handicap so it not like I dont know what I'm doing.

Debbie, I tend to shank at times in the bunker. Am I leading too much with the hands? What is a good tip to eliminate this?

I see your alignment appears directly toward the pin. Is that for uphill or flat lies only or, how does that change as the lie and height of the bunker lip in front change?

Thanks for these Debbie. Have a great rest of your day!
