John Montgomery teaches a 3-step sequence to add distance to your drives. Try it with a medicine ball and start hitting your best drives.

Love your good advice
John, that was a very good tip. I have a lot of trouble trying to get my lower body (hips engaged in the swing and this was a good explanation. I will not be golfing for the next 75 days so How do I save this tip as a reminder for my next golf game or practice? Can I do this in the app?
What is the weight on your medicine ball? I have a 15 lb. Everlast ball, which is halting my backswing before I get a chance to do it myself.
Great video JM. My fault is releasing the stored energy too soon. Thanks
Great Advice John thank you.
JOHN Nice advice, I'm a 73 yr old 6-6 golfer. I lost most of my feelings in lower half legs and feet from a 20 ft fall 10 yrs ago. I just started playing again and have to learn how to play again. I have to over use my upper body in my swings. What advice can you give me to help me adapt my swings?
John, excellent I just need to keep my head down and not speed up that’s the hardest part
Do you. Step backwards with your right foot when you play.
