I am a right handed golfer who recently had a total right knee replacement. Do you have any advise on how I can safely and gradually get back to swinging, then playing?
Oh gosh. Well first and foremost the stronger and more flexible the better. I wld recommend marrying your teacher with your PT/ strength and conditioning coach, whomever to act as your team with you and plan your return that way. That wld be smart.
