Falconhead Resort & Country Club

These bent greens are ridiculous! For $58, these are the nicest greens you’ll find. There isn’t a single public DFW course I can think of that has greens this nice. Well done to the grounds team. Fairways and tee boxes are ok but I’d much rather that effort be put into the greens, which may be the case. Falconhead has been added to our weekly rotation even from 1hr 15min away.

Golf course and staff were excellant. Only complaint was pace if play teed off at 10 finished at 3. Five hours is a little too long with the cart saying every minute or so how far we were behing pace and needed to let people thru

The course was great and the staff was very friendly… as usual. I’ll be back to play again soon. I recommend this course to anyone wanting a fun challenge.

Course in great condition, played a solo round ,very challenging. Had a great time. Showed up early ,had some breakfast and then was allowed to start my round early. Staff very friendly. Glad I took the drive to play here. If I get a second chance,id glad come back

Very enjoyable round! Beautiful property with a variety of looks! Greens were true and fast in excellent condition.

Greens in excellent condition. Carts worked good with auto out of bounds or too close to the greens.

Fairways in good shape and mowed nicely. Only negative would be a little pricey for a Tuesday.

The greens and fairway are in good condition. The pace of play was great, played in around 3 hours. Greens are hard, so almost impossible to keep the ball on the greens. But greens putt true.

I live in the Denton area so it was about an hour drive. We were the second group out and never waited to hit any shots. Played in 3 hours. Greens are small but in good shape. Very firm and not very receptive. Several shots landed by the pin and bounced over the greens. Fairways were in decent shape. Tee boxes need some work. Some cool holes and the views are pretty. I enjoyed the round and if it was closer would add it to the rotation of courses we like to play.

Not much grass on the fairways but it was March so maybe it was just early in the season.

Layout of the course was good but needed more a few more signs getting to some of the holes.

I’m not sure about the reviews of this course but I’ve never seen tee boxes in worse shape,I’d rate fairways 3 out of 10 ,greens 8 out of 10 I’m sure the course was nice 40 years ago

I always love playing this course. The front 9 was a little wet from a recent rain, but all in all it was a fun round. I’ll be back.

Love this course. I’ve played her almost weekly since August 2025. Staff is always friendly and the course is great

Fun Course! Enjoyed the layout. Had some challenging holes for a 80+ handicapper. I wish they would have had coolers for drinks, and a bigger selection of refreshments. Overall, a good time!
